Welcome to the Island of Jokulsa!

(This is a RP group set on the Island of Jokulsa in the How to Train your Dragon Fandom)

The Island of Jokulsa is a complete mystery, even to the people that live on the island. It covered in thick woods and surrounded by a vast ocean that is filled with dragons and other dangerous creatures.

As is island tradition, once a child reaches the age of 7 they are able to select a dragon from the hatchery and begin to bond and train with them. Children younger then that (and starting at the age of 5) are allowed to help in hatcheries with the dragon eggs to prove their ready when they reach the age of 7.

Most of the villagers don't explore the island because they don't know what can be out there, but those that have been out there have made a book that's always filled with something new when someone returns from to the village from visiting the island.
